Remuneration: £50,000 £60,000neg

The role of the Contracts / Project Manager Structural Steelwork will involve:

Contracts / Project Manager position overseeing a range of heavy & light steelwork projects

Regular site visits nationally to monitor project progress, health & safety compliance and contractor performance

Work closely with main clients, direct labour, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of projects

Carrying out health & safety reports, quality assurance, snagging, and close out with daily

Preparing work tasks for the installations team and strategic planning of works

Monitoring each stage of the project ensuring resources are productive and the delivery schedule is being met within budget

Oversee projects typically up to £10m in value

The ideal applicant will be a Contracts / Project Manager Structural Steelwork with:

Must have Contracts Management or Project Management experience within the structural steelwork or related sectors (industrial doors, fabrication, temporary buildings, SFS, architectural metal, steelwork)

Ideal for a candidate to have experience dealing with a Main-contractor

Must have the ability to manage teams
