HGV Class 2 Driver

DBR Group, acting as a Recruitment Business, are recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to work at our client who are a household name in the Driving Industry, in Ashton-under-Lyne, Manchester.
Our client is a leading online supplier of pipeline products, renowned for their comprehensive inventory and competitive pricing. They offer a wide range of materials including mild steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, plastic, copper and much more. Their extensive product line-up includes process valves, pipe fittings, flanges, steel pipework, and accessories, serving industries that handle water, gas, oil, air, steam, chemicals, and solids.
This role is an ongoing temporary position.
Duties:
· Operate a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently
· Up to 10 drops per day
· Adhere to all road traffic laws and regulations
· Smart appearance, willing to learn and be trained up
· Excellent tacho knowledge ref sound manual entry and driving hours compliance
Requirements:
· Current and up to date CPC
· Current Digital Tachograph Card
· An effective team member who works well on their own initiative
· Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work
· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliable
· Excellent timekeeping and communication skills
Hours:
· Days - Monday to Friday (07.30 am starts)
Remuneration:
· Rates to be discussed
