Covent Garden
£65,000 - £70,000 plus TRONC
JLH are currently shortlisting on behalf of a leading four star property in the Covent Garden area, this hotel which boasts a fantastic premium restaurant offering is looking for an experienced Executive Head Chef to lead and develop the brigade whilst designing and implementing outstanding food menus to push the already exceptional reputation.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Head Chef, have a proven track record of developing new and 'on trend' menus and be able to deliver an internationally fused menu. You have a passion for developing your team whilst having a keen eye on costs and health & safety.
