Developing and delivering training programs for managers and employees on disability awareness, accommodation procedures, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture
Offering one-on-one consultations and resources to educate employees about available support services and accommodations
Promoting awareness and understanding of disability and medical illness issues within the organization
Collecting and analyzing data related to workplace adjustments, employee satisfaction, and program effectiveness
Preparing regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement
Using data insights to continuously refine and improve the workplace adjustment program
PROGRAMME MANAGER ESSENTIALS: Minimum 3-5 years of HR or Programme Management with HR/People Projects
Ideally experience or at least passion for occupational support for under represented populations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience developing and delivering training programs preferred.
Empathy, patience, and a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
