Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £26,229 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role

As an Assistant Support Worker, you will:

Support daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
Assist with medication and promote wellbeing
Organise activities and community trips
Encourage independence and support personal goals
Build positive, trusting relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality supportWhat We Are Looking For

Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Flexibility to undertake sleep-ins (minimum one per week)
A reliable, caring and inclusive individual who is passionate about helping others achieve their potential and make a positive difference in their lives.Shifts include:

3pm-11pm + sleep-in (11pm-8am) + 8am-4pm
8am - 4pm
9am - 5pm
1pm - 9pm
