Job Description

Murray Healthcare Services Ltd is looking for an experienced and dedicated Care Coordinator to join their team in Leicester.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in the health and social care sector who can effectively manage care staff and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a care setting
At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
Experience in domiciliary care or supported living is highly desirable
Proven experience managing a team of care staff
Good understanding of health & social care legislation and regulatory requirements
Experience with care planning, risk management and quality assurance
Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a team of care staff
Coordinate rotas, scheduling and resource allocation
Develop and implement person-centred care plans
Monitor quality of care and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Manage risks and contribute to quality assurance processes
Work closely with clients, families and healthcare professionals
