Job Description

Chiltern Railways in Banbury is seeking a Fleet Data Analyst to measure and improve fleet reliability through data-led insights. You will build dashboards and reports from multiple sources to identify historic and emerging performance trends.

The role requires strong MS Excel and Power BI skills, plus the ability to communicate outputs clearly at all levels. A hybrid working pattern applies with at least 60% time in the office across Banbury locations.
