Data & Analytics Manager

Edgewell Personal Care is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Manager to support its strategic growth across European markets. This role involves delivering advanced analytical solutions to drive commercial success, empowering stakeholders with actionable insights, and fostering a data-driven culture.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and refine analytical tools and models to extract actionable insights from complex data, supporting informed decision-making.
2. Lead the creation of performance metrics that provide deep insights into business performance and support course correction.
3. Influence key leaders to embed data-driven decision-making into the organisational culture.
4. Oversee enhancements, optimizing performance and investments in promo, pricing, terms, product mix, NPD, media, and digital.
5. Collaborate with the global BI-IT team to enhance and scale the architecture as part of the European D&A strategy.
6. Drive initiatives to improve data literacy across the European commercial business.
7. Ensure high adoption of tools through customized demos and training sessions.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Data & Analytics within Consumer Goods or Retail.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, Snowflake, and no-code ETL tools.
• Solid understanding of FMCG commercial processes, financials, and data science methods (regression, ML, AI).
• Experience with syndicated data, panel data, EPOS, e-commerce data, and trade systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
