Ascent Resourcing Limited is recruiting a CRM & Lifecycle Manager in Bristol for a hybrid role (2 days remote per week). The position focuses on owning the customer relationship beyond acquisition, using data-driven insights to increase retention and long-term value.

The role includes developing Garden Rewards and evolving loyalty initiatives into a compelling membership proposition. The successful candidate will measure success through revenue, retention and lifetime value, not just engagement
