Job Description

Crane & Plant Engineering is a welding and fabrication company based in Higham, Kent. We're looking for an experienced fabricator to join our workshop.

What you'll be doing

Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications
Marking out, cutting and fabricating mild steel and stainless steel components
Rolling, bending and folding plate/sheet metal to required shapes and tolerances
MIG and TIG welding to a consistent, high standard
Checking finished work against drawings and tolerances
Keeping your work area safe and tidy, following site/workshop H&S procedures
Working independently and as part of a small team…
