Female Executive Assistant to Service Quality Director

Location:

South West Region - Home-based

(Preferably close to Truro, Cornwall)

Salary:

Up to £23,639.51 per annum + Benefits & Mileage

Hours:

24 hours/week over 3 days (Permanent)

As a leading values-based social care provider, we believe people with a learning disability should lead and shape the services that support them. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to act as a trusted partner to our Service Quality Director, who brings lived experience of a learning disability to their executive leadership and Board position.

This isn't just standard admin—it's an empowering, high-impact partnership combining executive support, travel coordination, and quality improvement

Senior Administration / Office Management

Project Coordination / Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:

Diary management, meeting coordination, agendas, and board documentation.

Travel & Access:

Accompany and transport the Director on regional service and site visits.

Accessible Working:

Prepare clear, accessible briefings, presentations, and correspondence.

Quality & Projects:

Assist with quality assurance projects and stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements

Proven executive, project, or senior administrative experience (or strong transferable skills).

Excellent organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Adaptable, patient, and committed to inclusive leadership.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
