The Nuclear Graduate Scheme runs for 4 years with 2 distinct phases. During the 2 years of Phase 1 you will work on various nuclear projects throughout the UK, completing multiple project placements including but not limited to the following:EngineeringProject ManagementProject ControlsProject Delivery (site-based experience)ProcurementQuality & HSEPhase 2 will see you transition into a permanent role within Altrad Babcock to support both business needs and continue to develop your individual aspirations. During the scheme you’ll be supported through your technical development through a variety of on-the-job practical experience as well as formal training courses leading to accredited qualifications. Altrad Babcock also provides its own personal development learning platform which gives you the ability to improve your softer skills.What happens after the graduate scheme?Upon successful completion of Phase 2 of the graduate scheme, you will continue your journey in your chosen field accumulating experience through direct contribution to the Nuclear sector operational and project activities. Altrad Babcock would expect you to be taking on increasing responsibility, leading engineering delivery and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex engineering solutions.
