You’ll use front-running simulation techniques and design tools to develop and prototype solutions. You’ll also support the development of fresh techniques and analysis methods to drive continuous improvement. The requirements
Ideally, you’ll bring a strong background in the design and analysis of automotive, transmission or precision engineering projects. Other requirements include:
Degree educated in Mechanical, Electrical or Control system Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Experience in electrified propulsion systems, transmission and driveline, or powertrain testing
Naturally inquisitive and thrives when challenged with a problem
Familiar with drivetrain engineering software packages
Detailed understanding of industry market trends and competitor capabilities
Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to maintain a strong personal impression
Strong communication, articulation and presentation skills
Able to translate complex information into simple messages
Fluent in English and French/German/Japanese/Chinese is a plus
Passionate about learning and facing new challenges
Keen to develop personally and professionally
Flexible and willing to travel
