Our core business model centres on offering specialised training courses that qualify individuals as Experts by Experience (EbEs), who then provide empathetic, experience-based 1:1 support, creating a sustainable ecosystem of mental health empowerment and community connection.About the roleAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. You must connect with, educate, and qualify prospects before handing them off to the Business Development Executive to further develop.Our ideal candidate is someone who:

You must be a team player, able to form close working relationships with colleagues based on mutual respect and support.
We expect your first 3 months to look like this:Within the first Month, you will:
Finish your onboarding and begin your core role as an SDR
Master our Pitch
Begin familiarising yourself with our CRM - HubSpot
Start qualifying leads and booking appointments for the BDR
Learn how to send personalised email sequences and follow ups
Within 3 months, you will:
Master how to prioritise your outbound lead pipeline and forecast your performance
Understand what constitutes a good prospect
Be consistently booking sales meetings through pure outbound
Become proficient in using our Tech stack
Have embraced our knowledge-sharing environment and provided useful insight to the Sales and Marketing Team
Salary Range | £24-27kWorking Hours | 35 hours per week ( Mon-Wed in Office Thursday-Friday Remote)
