What You'll Need

Admin experience in an engineering, manufacturing, marine, defence, or technical environment
Strong document control and record-keeping skills
Confident chasing stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Experience maintaining trackers, registers, or document management systems

Bonus Points For

SharePoint, ERP, or document management system experience
Exposure to engineering drawings or technical documentation
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management frameworks
