Location: Battersea Power Station, London SW11.

Salary: £50,000 to £55,00

The role

We are looking for a General Manager to run a chicken and steak grill restaurant at Battersea Power Station. You will own the site day to day, lead the front of house team, and hold accountability for sales, labour, and the standard of service.

What you will be responsible for

Full site accountability for sales, labour, and controllable costs

Recruiting, training, and retaining the front of house team, including your own deputy

Running service alongside the kitchen across all day trade, from midday openings through to evening

Owning the guest journey across bookings, walk ins, and repeat covers, and responding to reviews across all platforms

Health and safety, food safety, and licensing compliance for the unit

What you will need

Experience as a General Manager, or as an Assistant General Manager ready to step up, in a quality led restaurant in London

Site level accountability for labour and beverage margins

Experience of high volume all day trade in a table service environment

Comfort operating in a destination site with a mixed guest base of residents, office workers, and visitors
