About the role
Do you have experience in the design of switch-mode power supplies and their associated microcontrollers?
I am currently recruiting for a client based near Cambridge who is looking for a Senior Power Supply Design Engineer, who can create the next generation of power supplies and their controllers, creating value for their customers.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
Develop next-generation solutions based on client requirements.
Provide technical support to external design teams
Take leadership on new developments
Undertake systems architecture and requirements
The Senior Power Supply Design Engineer will have a degree in electronics or electrical engineering with proven exposure in the following:
Common SMPS topologies
Magnetics design
Control loop theory
Digital and analogue
