Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will help build and develop a competent workforce with strong nuclear capability while providing electrical engineering leadership throughout both the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and delivery phases of the programme.

  • Manage and coordinate electrical engineering inputs across multidisciplinary MEICA projects.
  • Oversee the design, delivery and commissioning of electrical systems within a highly regulated environment.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and project teams.
  • Ensure engineering solutions meet quality, safety, regulatory and project requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice across engineering and project delivery activities.

  • Strong knowledge of high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical distribution systems.
  • Experience of process control systems and hazardous or explosive atmosphere installations.
  • Experience delivering complex, high-value MEICA engineering design and construction projects.
  • Proven ability to work within highly regulated industries where safety, quality and compliance are critical.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage technical risk and support project delivery within demanding operational environments.

  • Senior Authorised Person (SAP) status or experience working within electrical authorisation frameworks.
