Job Description We’re looking for a Renewals Coordinator to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in Norwich. You will provide tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.What’s in it for you as our Renewals Coordinator: OTE up to £23,000 - £25,000

Key responsibilities of our Administrator - Renewals Liaising with landlords, tenants, branches
Ensure the smooth transition throughout the renewal process
Obtaining instructions from landlords before the end of the tenancy
Preparing new tenancy agreements
Administering periodic tenancies
Chasing in unsigned tenancy agreements
Sending notification to our accounts team
Skills and experience required to be a successful Administrator - Renewals Customer Service and administration skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
