Master Data Administrator Location: Glascoed Rate: £13.94 per hour Contract: 6 months Working Pattern: Hybrid
Morson are recruiting on behalf of a leading global aerospace and defence company for a Master Data Administrator to join their Finance Shared Services team in Glascoed.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking, dependable and motivated individual to join a busy Master Data team, supporting the accurate and timely management of customer, supplier and employee data across multiple systems.
The Role As a Master Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of data accuracy and quality while providing an effective service to internal business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Input, review and maintain customer and supplier master data across multiple ERP systems
Carry out credit checks and due diligence activities
Create and update employee bank details
Complete supplier call-backs to verify bank details
Maintain customer credit limits
Carry out monthly customer and supplier reviews
Complete self-assurance checks to support audit and governance requirements
Attend customer meetings and provide support on ongoing service requirements
Ensure all activities are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
Skills & Experience Experience working across multiple systems is desirable
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
