Private Client Solicitor - 3+ PQE

Location: Oxted, Surrey

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join a modern, forward-thinking law firm based near Oxted, Surrey.

The Role

You will join an established Private Client team and handle a varied caseload, advising clients across a broad range of matters including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Court of Protection matters
• General private client advisory work

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a loyal client base and build strong, long-term relationships, whilst playing an important role in the continued growth of the department.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• 3+ years' PQE within Private Client
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A commercially minded and proactive approach
• The ability to manage your own caseload effectively
• A genuine interest in developing your career within a modern and growing firm
