Salary up to circa £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience/qualifications)
We are working with a very well-established Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm, who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy team based in Coventry.

The role will involve:
Dealing with, and assisting with running a busy conveyancing workload
Ensuring all conveyancing transactions are handled in a professional manner
Supporting and liaising with clients by telephone, face to face and by email
Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third party professionals
Assisting the Conveyancing Lawyer with the day to day running a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchase transactions, from instruction through to completion
Suitable candidates will have:
A minimum of 12 months' conveyancing paralegal or conveyancing assistant experience
Good communication skills
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
A willingness to contribute to the team, with a "can do" attitude
A desire to forge a long term career in conveyancing
Experience of using the Land Registry Portal and legal case management systems
This is a full time permanent, office-based job, working 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
