Key Responsibilities:
Outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective clients.
Book in qualified appointments for the Business Development team.
Achieving expected targets by securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
Work towards KPI’s and targets.
Building good working relationships with prospects and existing customers to maintain a healthy pipeline of business.
Building and maintaining a sound understanding of the products and service offering by engaging in and contributing towards internal training to help strengthen your knowledge.
Skills & Experience
Experience in a customer service/retail/hospitality role with a desire to pursue a professional career in sales.
Previous telephone-based experience (desirable)
Exceptional communication skills.
Strong telephone manner, with the confidence to engage with prospective B2B clients and handle any objections.
Motivated and self-driven , with a desire to hit and exceed targets.
UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK; please note we cannot offer sponsorship for overseas candidates.
