Salary: Up to £25,583 full time equivalent, actual salary £22,201 for term time only working

Contract Term: Fixed term until 31st August 2027. Full time - 37 hours. Flexible working considered for the right candidate.

We are seeking an exceptional Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and fulfil their potential. This is an opportunity to work in a unique setting where students choose their educational pathway, where relationships are central to success, and where inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.

They need a Learning Support Assistant who will advocate for them, encourage them, and work alongside them to ensure they can thrive.

You won't simply provide support; you will:

  • Champion the success and wellbeing of students with additional learning needs
  • Work alongside teachers to remove barriers to learning and achievement
  • Deliver effective one-to-one and small-group interventions
  • Develop students' confidence, independence, and self-belief
  • Support the development of literacy skills that enable students to access the wider curriculum
  • Help students achieve qualifications that open doors to future opportunities
