Compounding Process Engineer - Polymer Expert

Job Description

TE Connectivity Swindon site is seeking a Compounding Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical expertise in polymer materials and processing. You will support NPIs, process validations, material changes, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

You will collaborate with Design, Quality and Operations to drive product quality, yield and process capability, manage BOMs and documentation, and lead problem solving across manufacturing.
