The role:

Every person in our team plays a critical role in delivering OMNIAs vision; designing, delivering, and transforming collective training so the British Army is ready to fight and win.

Youll work in a matrix organisation and report operationally through OMNIA Training and functionally through the OMNIA Enterprise Architect. Ultimately, youll work for the British Army, championing innovation, and helping shape the future of military collective training.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights aligned with Army training objectives.

Design and deliver clear, meaningful visualisations and reports that support operational decision-making.

Explore and analyse through use of statistical tools and techniques data to identify patterns, relationships and trends to inform further development.

Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure analytical outputs align with enterprise architecture and platform standards.

Support the evolution of data architectures by contributing analytical requirements and feedback.

Communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders to inform strategy and operational improvements.

Conduct exploratory analysis and limited prototyping to evaluate emerging data techniques relevant to training analytics.
