• Conduct welding repairs and mechanical adjustments as needed to ensure equipment integrity.
• Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts accurately for effective troubleshooting.
• Supervise maintenance activities, coordinate work schedules, and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performing team environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
• Mechanical knowledge including welding skills and familiarity with mechanical components.
• Experience working with schematics, wiring diagrams, and automation control systems such as PLCs.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience managing maintenance teams or projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration across departments.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to respond promptly to operational needs and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards.
