Night Support Worker Not open to those with restricted visas

Location: Maisemore, Gloucester

Hours: 9:45pm 7:45am (Waking Nights)

Contract: 4 nights per week

Shift Pattern: Fully flexible availability required

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities in a residential setting based in Maisemore, Gloucester.

This is a rewarding role where you will provide person-centred support throughout the night, helping to ensure the safety, wellbeing and comfort of the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities Supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities during night shifts

Providing personal care and promoting dignity and independence

Conducting regular welfare checks and responding to individual needs

Maintaining accurate records and completing relevant documentation

Supporting individuals in line with their care plans and risk assessments

Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality care and support

What We're Looking For A caring, reliable and professional approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and use initiative

Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training can be provided

Important Information Personal care is required as part of this role

The service is located in Maisemore and can be difficult to access by public transport; therefore, access to your own transport is highly desirable

Applicants must be able to work waking night shifts from 9:45pm to 7:45am

Full flexibility is essential
