Project management of events from start to finish
Copywriting – brochures, email marketing, agendas, website
Ensure conferences run to schedule, within budget
Reach out and Invite senior personnel from the defence sector, government and military to speak
Keep ahead of trends and current affairs
Work closely with and brief the sales teams
Public speaking- opening the conference and addressing a large audience
Desirable Skills & Experience of the Conference Producer: Confidence and commercial acumen
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Proven verbal and written communication
Copywriting skills
Strong time management
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
Package of the Conference Producer: £27k - £34k Depending on experience
