Location: Cardiff (Hybrid - 50% Office / 50% Remote)

Salary: Circa £70,000 to £90,000 + 10% bonus

The Opportunity

Are you a technically versatile problem-solver, passionate about cloud infrastructure and automation? We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join an enterprise scale cloud services provider in Cardiff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior / lead engineer to deepen their expertise in multi-cloud environments (Azure & AWS), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and containerisation. You will also lead and mentor more junior engineers within a collaborative culture that prioritizes innovation-including early-stage projects in Generative AI.

What You'll Bring

Strong experience managing public cloud services across Azure or AWS at enterprise scale

Terraform and IAC experience for infrastructure provisioning

Experience leading and mentoring junior DevOps Engineers

Technical leadership / responsibility for delivery

Broad experience across Cloud, Infrastructure, Development, Delivery

GitLab for CI/CD workflows.

Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud networking, DNS, and secure VPN configurations.

Must be eligible for SC Clearance - 5 years in the UK, no criminal record etc

Growth Mindset: A desire to stay at the forefront of cloud tech, including Serverless (Functions/Logic Apps) and AI.
