“It feels good to have a career with real purpose.”We are seeking an expertly skilled and experienced Senior Web Application Developer to play a lead role in building amazing digital solutions for our customers and business users.The team will be focussed on delivering a new state-of-the-art investments platform, a business-critical multi-year undertaking.About the roleExpert in enterprise Web applications development with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS.Experienced in state management patterns and libraries.Experienced in web application reuse patterns.Experienced in web application security best practices, authentication and authorization.Experienced in API service integration including GraphQL and REST.Experienced in web applications build pipelines, cloud hosting, deployment strategies including micro-frontends.Experienced in web application testing and left-most automated testing.Experienced in agile development practices and the full software development lifecycle.Thrives under little to no supervision.Continuously developing new skills, driving best practice and emerging technology adoption.About youWe are forming new engineering capability in our Alderley Park office to deliver and maintain a new technology solution which will support our investment product offering.We have more than 80 vacancies for people to be part of this exciting opportunity.Modernising our technology is fundamental to realising our ambitions and achieving sustained competitive advantage.
