New Homes Sales Advisor /Sales Consultant to join a residential housebuilder specialising in the development and construction of new homes.

As a

New Homes Sales Advisor /Sales Consultant, you will be managing the new homes sales process independently, from initial enquiry and reservation through to exchange and completion.

This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 flexible for the right candidate and benefits.

Candidates with general estate agency or property sales experience without relevant New Homes/developer experience will not be suitable.

You will be responsible for:

• - Managing enquiries from prospective buyers and providing clear information on available properties, pricing and features.
• - Conducting viewings and presenting new-build properties to potential purchasers.
• - Guiding buyers through the reservation, sales progression and completion process.
• - Managing plot sales through to contract exchange and completion.
• - Building positive relationships with purchasers and maintaining regular contact throughout the transaction.
• - Following up enquiries and leads promptly and maintaining accurate customer records.
• - Keeping up to date with local market conditions and competing developments.
• - Working with internal teams to support the smooth progression of sales.

What we are looking for

• - Proven experience working in New Homes sales or for a new-build residential property developer
• - Experience handling the full new homes sales process from reservation through to completion.
• - Background managing sales at a new-build development or site with minimal support.
• - Strong understanding of plot sales, reservations, sales progression and completions.
• - Willingness to travel to the relevant development site(s).
• - A valid driving licence.
