The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy franchised main dealership in Swanley.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and advise customers on all service and repair requirements
* Handle technical queries professionally and efficiently
* Book vehicles into the workshop and manage job progress updates
* Liaise between the workshop, customers, and service management
* Cross-sell additional work, repairs, and parts where appropriate
* Accurately raise invoices and ensure smooth handover upon completion
Your Background & Skills
* Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership
* Strong technical understanding of vehicles and service processes
* Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
* Professional, well-presented, and highly organised
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Committed to delivering a first-class dealership experience
