Pensions Administration Consultant

London 2 days

Salary up to £60,000

We're working with a leading pensions consultancy looking to recruit an experienced Pension Administration Consultant to join its growing team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Defined Benefit pensions administration who has experience managing client relationships and overseeing the delivery of high-quality administration services.

You'll act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of pension scheme clients, working closely with internal administration teams to ensure service standards are met, projects are delivered successfully and clients receive an exceptional level of support.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension scheme clients.

Overseeing the delivery of pension administration services, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time and in line with agreed service levels.

Reviewing complex pensions administration work completed by junior team members.

Working closely with trustees, employers and key stakeholders to ensure a high-quality member experience.

Planning and coordinating scheme projects, annual events and regulatory changes.

Monitoring project budgets, monthly billing and service delivery.

Keeping up to date with pensions legislation and ensuring compliance across your client portfolio.
