We are looking for a senior engineer to help us maintain this high technical bar, while building innovative solutions to ensure the XRPL can power the growing needs of the global digital economy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

1. Increase the capabilities, performance, scalability, and reliability of the XRP ledger.
2. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, technical design, C++ development, bug fixing, as well as functional and performance validations.
3. Be part of the open-source XRP ledger community, setting high standards for coding, testing, and deployment.
4. Actively participate in code reviews to maintain the high quality of our codebase.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

1. Bachelor’s in computer science or similar, and 8+ years of software product development experience using C++.
2. Strong experience with large scale distributed systems development and architecture.
3. Prior team leadership and mentorship experience.
4. Passion for blockchain technology and its potential benefits.
5. Ability to learn new technologies and languages quickly.
6. Ability to independently solve highly complex problems with creative solutions.
7. Nice to have: Experience in developing open-source software and contributing to collaborative blockchain communities.
