You will join this team at a pivotal point in its technology transformation, where your work directly supports the move to a modern, cloud-based platform. In your role, you will help deliver enterprise scale solutions that improve how colleagues and customers interact with technology, while being part of a collaborativeenvironment that values continuous improvement, innovation, and shared success.

You'll make an impact by:

• Contributing to the development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and complementary technologies.
• Collaborating with colleagues to shape requirements, solution design, and implementation approaches through participation in technical discussions.
• Supporting testing and deployment activities to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and deliver real business value.
• Applying agreed development standards and best practices to promote quality, security, and maintainability across solutions.
• Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation that supports ongoing development and support.

Your skills and experience:

• Experience designing and building solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems and third party technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint.
• Capability in developing custom connectors, APIs, plugins, PCF components, and RPA solutions, including experience with UiPath (desirable).
• Practical knowledge of supporting enterprise scale applications across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps ways of working, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
