Learning Support Assistant – Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity

Location: Dartford, Kent
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Duration: Long-Term (Full Academic Year)

Are you a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding long-term role?

Humly is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Dartford that is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September. This is a full-time, term-time only position for the entire academic year, offering consistency and the opportunity to make a real difference in pupils' learning and development.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality support to pupils, helping them to access learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential. You may work with individuals, small groups or support within the classroom, adapting your approach to meet the needs of each child.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Have previous experience working with children in a primary school setting.

* Be patient, caring and committed to supporting children's learning and wellbeing.

* Be confident working with pupils with a range of learning needs and abilities.

* Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Be reliable, proactive and eager to contribute to school life.

* Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).
