About The Role

Milton Park is seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join its Neftex Technical Services Team in Abingdon, UK. This role is ideal for a professional with over three years of experience in software development, particularly in Java‑based applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining subsurface evaluation solutions that support the company's core operations. This hybrid position requires a commitment to working in the office at least three days a week, facilitating collaboration and team engagement. The Java Developer will play a key role in implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, participating in Agile ceremonies, and adhering to best practices in security and code quality. Qualifications
