Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting Temporary Customer Service Advisors to join a fantastic organisation based in Stockport, helping customers with their enquiries, orders and donations during a busy period.

This Customer Service Advisor role would suit someone who enjoys speaking to people, listening to their needs and providing friendly, professional support over the phone.

What will you be doing as a Temporary Customer Service Advisor?

Handling inbound customer service calls
Taking orders and donations over the telephone
Processing payments and card donations
Providing first-class customer service to supporters and beneficiaries
Guiding customers through the ordering and payment process
Answering questions and resolving queries professionally
Supporting elderly callers who may need additional patience, guidance and assistance
Handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience within Customer Service, Customer Advisor, Call Centre, Contact Centre or Customer Support
Excellent spoken and written English
A confident and professional telephone manner
Strong communication and listening skills
A patient, empathetic and customer-focused approach
Confident handling payments and sensitive conversations
Comfortable supporting customers who may need additional time and guidance
Reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a team
Experience supporting elderly customers would be advantageous
Available to start Thursday 24 September and commit through to 30 December
What will you get in return for your work as a Temporary Customer Service Advisor?

£12.71 per hour
Weekly pay
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
NO weekend work!
30-minute unpaid lunch break
Fully office-based in Cheadle, Cheshire
