We're looking for Technical Project Managers to join our Technology team and help us deliver complex technical change across Co-op. You'll lead a range of projects spanning infrastructure, platforms, applications, data, cloud, networks and cyber security initiatives, taking ownership from planning through to delivery. Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders across the business, you'll make sure projects are delivered safely, securely, on time, within budget and to the expected quality standards. What you’ll do Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across infrastructure, platforms, information security and wider technology areasDevelop and maintain project plans, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timescales, budgets and quality measuresManage project risks, issues, dependencies and governance throughout the project lifecycleWork closely with technical teams to coordinate delivery activities and remove barriers to progressBuild effective relationships with stakeholders, sponsors and business leaders, providing clear and timely project updatesPrepare and deliver project reporting, presentations and communications tailored to different audiencesSupport project governance activities, including stage gates, approvals and benefit realisationPromote safe, secure and effective delivery practices across all projects What you’ll bring We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria.
