Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Process Operator to join a busy and expanding manufacturing environment producing high-precision components for the aerospace and power generation sectors.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving a combination of machine operation, component assembly, reshaping and finishing activities. Working within a specialist manufacturing team, you will play a key part in producing critical engineered products to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate specialist production machinery and equipment.
Carry out component assembly, reshaping and finishing processes.
Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings and quality procedures.
Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
Conduct routine equipment checks and report any faults or issues.
Maintain high standards of quality, housekeeping and health & safety.
Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets.
Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.What We're Looking For

Previous manufacturing, production or engineering experience.
Experience operating machinery within a precision engineering environment would be advantageous.
EDM experience is beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.
Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience would be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow processes and work instructions accurately.
Positive, proactive and reliable attitude.
Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.Benefits
