The Opportunity They are hiring two Senior Java Developers to play a key role in delivering long-term, high-impact projects while helping shape the future of the platform and wider engineering function.

Youll join a high-performing team of 20+ engineers , working on a mix of greenfield and evolving systems , contributing across a full-stack, microservices architecture .

What Youll Be Doing Designing and developing scalable Java-based microservices

Contributing to greenfield development and system architecture

Building full-stack functionality (Java backend + JavaScrip

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders across the business

Driving best practices in CI/CD, testing, and software quality

Supporting delivery of long-term strategic projects

Mentoring junior developers and contributing to team growth

Playing a role in shaping technical direction and engineering standards
