We are currently seeking a highly skilled Panel Beater to join our client's state-of-the-art Accident Repair Centre in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Panel Beaters to work in a modern environment within a respected facility, offering excellent career progression and earning potential.

Benefits:

£35,500 basic salary

Uncapped time-saved bonus

Realistic earnings of up to £50,000 OTE

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm work schedule

Carry out high-quality panel repairs on accident-damaged vehicles

Assess vehicle damage and determine suitable repair methods

Strip, refit, and repair vehicle components as necessary

Conduct welding and structural repairs in accordance with standards

Ensure repairs adhere to manufacturer and industry standards

Work efficiently to maximise time-saved bonus opportunities

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment as a Panel Beater

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely vehicle completionRequirements:

Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre

Strong accident repair skills, with a focus on panel repairs

Demonstrates pride in delivering high-quality workmanship

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and productivity targets

Works well independently and as part of a team
