We’re looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Operations & Fleet Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Portsmouth

This is a varied role combining operations, customer coordination, reporting, administration and fleet management. You’ll be responsible for keeping day-to-day activity running smoothly, making sure requests are completed on time, records are accurate and compliance requirements are met.

This is a fully office based role offering a salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience.

Main responsibilities for the Operations & Fleet Coordinator are:

* Coordinating operational requests from start to finish.

* Working with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

* Managing fleet activity including servicing, MOTs, repairs and vehicle replacements.

* Maintaining accurate records, systems and compliance documentation.

* Producing regular reports and analysing operational data.

* Monitoring deadlines, following up actions and resolving issues.

* Supporting process improvements and wider team activities.

Skills required for the Operations & Fleet Coordinator are:

* Experience in operations, administration, coordination, service delivery or a similar environment.

* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

* The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

* Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

* Confidence using databases and business systems.
