Conducting property inspections.
Handling lease data maintenance.
Overseeing rent demands & chasing.
Client reporting.
Managing compliance with RICS codes.
Service charge management.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential/Commercial Property Management.
Commercially astute with an understanding of business targets.
Good knowledge of the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act.
Commitment to excellent client and customer care.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proactive and business-minded approach.
Effective communication skills & proficiency with Microsoft packages.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours Of Work
Full-Time: Monday - Friday.
9am - 5.30pm.
