We have an opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic, forward-thinking individual to join a growing team with a desire to learn new areas of law and to help lead the department to success. You need to be dedicated, motivated with a desire to deliver.
Dependent on experience, the role will involve:
Providing excellent Client care
Achieving a monthly Target
Undertaking an itemised valuation of costs presented and providing clear, concise guidance as to recoverability.
Communicating with Opponents, Solicitor Clients, and any relevant disbursement providers such as Counsel’s Chambers.
Communicating with other departments, Team Leaders, and Managers
Completing daily task list and ensuring case load is kept within the negotiation Service Level Agreements
Answering the Negotiation call group and dealing with queries where possible. Directing the call appropriately where calls cannot be reasonably dealt with.
Any other duties as reasonably required by the business to assist you in your development.

Excellent Customer service and communication skills
Effectively prioritize workload in order to comply with SLAs.
Good computer skills
Ability to always be proficient, ensuring all incoming correspondence and telephone calls are actioned and compiled in a professional manner.
Attention to detail in ensuring all client preferences are adhered to.
Accurate and thorough data input
High level of literacy and able to communicate professionally.
Experience:
Negotiations experience
Personality and Tenacity essential.
Knowledge of litigation funding, insurance/legal claims, proclaims or the financial service industry is desirable.
Adapt in the use of MS Office 20000 or later particularly in Excel and Word is essential.
