At KFC, you'll lead the charge, getting your team fired up to deliver a memorable service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.

Hit and exceed budget & P&L targets for your KFC restaurant

Lead, support, and develop your team so every colleague feels valued and ready to grow

Deliver exceptional brand standards and drive consistently brilliant customer service

Lead shifts from open to close, keeping everything running smoothly under pressure

What you'll bring
Proven experience leading teams in high-volume retail, catering, or hospitality

Track record of managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and driving efficiencies

Strong relationship-builder with stakeholders at all levels

Skilled at motivating teams through coaching, training, and succession planning

Calm, decisive, and focused when the pace picks up
