Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the CBRN, Defence, and Hazmat sectors. Working closely with the existing team, you will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, promote our products and services, and deliver tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads within the CBRN, Defence, and Hazmat sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
• Present our portfolio of products and services to potential clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Collaborate with the sales and directorial team to create customised sales strategies and proposals that address client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, preferably within the publishing, exhibition, or related industries.
• Knowledge or interest in the CBRN, Defence, and Hazmat sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
