Proven experience in ER case management and providing HR advice and guidance independently.
Strong understanding of unionised environments and experience in navigating union relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving positive cultural change.
Previous experience in leadership or management roles preferred.
Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach to work.
