£ 24000 - 27000/annum +23 days holiday + bonus + pension

We are looking to recruit a full time Helpdesk Services administrator for a busy maintenance company based in langrish, just outside of petersfield.

You will be based full time at their head office, the office is a little difficult to get to using public transport, so ideally you would need your own transport, there is plenty of free parking.

Job hours are 8.30 am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with one hour lunch break.

You will be reporting to their Customer Services Manager and operations Manager.

The role will involve taking incoming calls, logging details and prioritising work schedules.

Raising job cards and booking in, taking calls from outside service Technicians and updating job information.

You will be assisting to manage the work load of the team of service maintenance and Repair tradesmen.

Possibly taking responsibility for a portfolio of customers in the future.

Dealing with customer enquiries and their service maintenance and repair work. .

Updating customers and agents with the progress of jobs.

Maintaining the company database and dealing with all admin with the department / and dealing Technicians worksheets and schedules.

Skills required:

Some experienced in handling telephone calls and dealing with customers, suppliers, external contractors and engineers / technicians but this isnt essential, the company is offering a full training and see the role as a trainee role to, but this woukld be reflected in the salery.
